Can I get same-day delivery?
Yes, for orders placed before our daily cutoff time. For weekends, holidays, and busy periods, we recommend ordering at least a day ahead.
Can I request specific flowers, colors, or a custom design?
Yes. Tell us about the occasion and your preferences, and we’ll recommend flowers and personal touches to fit.
Do you offer sympathy and funeral arrangements?
Yes. We create sympathy arrangements for homes, funeral homes, and memorial services, and we can deliver directly to the venue.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
We’ll try to reach the recipient and may leave the arrangement with a neighbor or in a safe location with your permission. If delivery isn’t possible, we’ll contact you to reschedule.
